We are minutes from Marion General Hospital and across the street from a clinic. Our specialized Alzheimer's unit strives to provide the proper setting and nurturing required by a person with Alzheimer's. Our Connecting with Caregivers program offers assistance to those caring for a loved one at home. Respite stays are also encouraged to give a caregiver a break.

We are located in a beautiful rural setting conveniently located about 15 minutes east of Providence and 10 minutes west of Fall River. We have provided healthcare service to the greater Swansea area for over 34 years.
We offer a wide variety of services including skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, which encompasses physical, occupational, and speech therapy. We have an Alzheimer’s and related dementia unit that has been certified by the Massachusetts Alzheimer’s Association. Our staff members have been trained in Alzheimer’s and dementia care and receive on-going training.

Eagle Pond accommodates 142 residents. We are located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. Our beautiful grounds include a fish pond where residents can walk or just relax. Eagle Pond is Medicare and Medicaid certified as well as being accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, which enables us to contract with many insurance companies.
Eagle Pond offers a comprehensive therapy program for our residents through our in-house staff of physical, occupational and speech therapists. Eagle Pond also offers an outpatient therapy program, enabling our residents who return home an opportunity to continue their therapy with the same staff. The facility is proud to have opened the first Alzheimer’s Special Care unit on Cape Cod, designed for the care of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias by specially trained staff members.
