Mother Theresa Home has established itself as a top provider of quality nursing care in the southwest suburban area of Chicago. Nampa Care Center accommodates 120 residents. We are located in Nampa, Idaho. We offer 24-hour RN coverage and in-house rehabilitation including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and a recreational therapist.
Our center also offers a special care unit, specializing in Alzheimer’s care. This is a secure unit with a beautiful outside courtyard. We are able to accommodate 27 residents on our special care unit.

Nutmeg Pavilion accommodates 140 residents. We are a Medicare and Medicaid certified skilled nursing facility. Nutmeg is fully licensed by the State of Connecticut, offering a full range of services including rehabilitation with IV Therapy. Also offered are an Alzheimer’s unit, long term care services, therapeutic recreation programs, and individualized dialysis, nutritional, wound care and respite care programs. Oak Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center accommodates 143 residents. We are located in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, approximately five miles from Providence, the state's capital city. Throughout our 40-year history, Oak Hill has developed a reputation as one of the finest healthcare centers in Rhode Island. Our center consists of three separate units. A 34-bed post-acute unit provides care to the medically complex and those in need of extensive rehabilitative services. A 20-bed Alzheimer’s Special Care Unit provides a unique style of care utilizing habilitative therapy in comfortable, home-like surroundings. The remaining 89 beds provide skilled nursing care for those who need help in caring for themselves. Oak Hill is a 2004 recipient of the American Health Care Association’s Quality Award.
