Luther Village was established in residential Arlington Heights in 1990. It has the distinction of being the first full-equity ownership retirement community in the Midwest. All Luther Village residents own their homes through cooperative ownership and enjoy all the financial advantages that go along with it.
Luther Village is also known for its affiliation with the Lutheran Home, a renowned senior care facility located just next door.
Visitors to the 60-acre campus are drawn in by the range of opportunities, including the diverse types of homes. Residences range from apartment-style homes to two-story houses with basements.
