Glenview Gardens is a three story building resembling a southern mansion with studio, one and two bedroom apartments. The building and individual apartment design is the newest innovative concept that allows for easy modification to enable residents to "age in place" through additional living services. Each apartment is equipped with an all electric kitchen, carpet, mini blinds, emergency call system (with optional pendant) and individual climate controls. The monthly rate includes a daily noon meal in the Veranda dining room, all utilities (except telephone), basic cable TV service, grounds and equipment maintenance, and daily trash collection. Several laundry rooms are just steps away from each apartment and are available at no cost.
