Blue Hills Alzheimer’s Care Center accommodates 98 residents. We are dedicated to the care of individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementia. Located in Stoughton, Massachusetts, our healthcare center is dually certified by Medicare and Medicaid. Endorsed by the Massachusetts’ Alzheimer’s Association, our center features a beautiful landscaped, multi-seasonal courtyard with a walking path.
Employees are required to receive specialized training in all aspects of care, and they strive to meet the ever-changing needs of the Alzheimer’s resident. Our diversified Life Enrichment Program, with its rehabilitative approach, consists of activities that support and promote physical, cognitive, psychosocial, emotional and spiritual well-being.

Blueberry Hill Healthcare accommodates 146 residents. We are centrally located close to Route 128 and Route 1A in Beverly, Massachusetts. Eagle Pond accommodates 142 residents. We are located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. Our beautiful grounds include a fish pond where residents can walk or just relax. Eagle Pond is Medicare and Medicaid certified as well as being accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, which enables us to contract with many insurance companies.
Eagle Pond offers a comprehensive therapy program for our residents through our in-house staff of physical, occupational and speech therapists. Eagle Pond also offers an outpatient therapy program, enabling our residents who return home an opportunity to continue their therapy with the same staff.
