Our physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapists strive to design short-term rehabilitation programs that help get residents back on their feet and home again. Or you may be cared for in our long-term care unit or our Alzheimer’s Special Care Unit.

Copley Woodlands is a 40-unit Independent Living Retirement Community in the heart of Stowe, Vermont’s quintessential New England Village. On-site services include one meal per day in the stylish dining room, scheduled van transportation, recreational, cultural and fitness activities, housekeeping, maintenance, night security and personal services coordination. Home ownership or leasing is available with resident also responsible for a monthly residential service fee. The Craftsbury Community Care Center was constructed on 8 acres of land in the rural town of Craftsbury, Vermont. The Center, which accomodates 24 residents, is bright, furnished in a comfortable "at home" style, and completely surrounded by tall maples and pines, verdant shrubs and abundant flowers. Our staff is warm and committed, and we are actively involved with this very friendly community on a daily basis. We're proud of our team, and of the high quality of personal service we continue to provide at Craftsbury Community Care Center.
